Amarilis Valdez-Dempsey is Vice President, GCOR- GIS Cyber Security Risk-CMG at Bank of America. `In this role she serves as the strategy lead for controls mapping governance. She is also the Payment Card Industry (PCI) lead for Bank of America. She joined the board of the FBIKCCAAA in 2020.

Amarilis was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to California when she was six years old. She graduated from Rockhurst University in KC with a bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership. She resides in Overland Park, KS with her husband and two grown children.
