Director for FBI KC Citizens Academy

After graduating from Penn State University in 1997, Erica moved to Kansas City where she received an MBA in Health Services Administration in 2000 from UMKC.  Her employment history includes Blue Cross Blue Shield and KU Med and currently she works in real estate at the Better Homes and Garden Plaza office.

She is passionate about community service and has been a member of the Junior League of Kansas City since 1999 , a Big Brothers Big Sister volunteer since 2003 along with her husband, Jack.  She also volunteers at Amethyst Place through the EnCompass program where she co-mentors a woman who is in recovery.

Currently, Erica is a board member of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Greater Kansas City Chapter, board member and finance chair of ReDiscover, and recently joined the board of the FBIKCCAAA. Additionally, she is a member of the Waldo Brookside Rotary Club and the Keystone United Methodist Church where she also began serving on the church council.  She enjoys playing the flute with the Village Players at the Village Presbyterian Church in Prairie Village
